Booking spa appointments in advance to ensure the desired dates and times are highly recommended. appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment to fill out our spa consent form for your service(s). Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Please remove any jewelry and other valuables before your spa visit. The Spa at Nungwi Zanzibar will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost items.
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed as per booking amount should you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to call or show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved service
